This service is designed to suit smaller companies that have a more stabilised workforce and do not require regular day-to-day assistance. Rather than a fixed monthly contract we can attend to your issues as and when you require support, either via telephone, remote desktop connection or on-site assistance. After each session we provide you with a full report, including how much time it took to resolve the issue, and you are billed accordingly at preferential rates.
